Service Scope
Depending on the agreed project scope, Wayvolve's Services may include, but are not limited to:
- End-to-end AI systems that connect workflows, data, agents, and business tools to automate and run core business operations
- AI chat and customer-support agents
- Lead qualification and appointment-booking systems
- Business-process and workflow automations
- CRM, website, database, and third-party integrations
- Custom dashboards and internal tools
- Consulting, implementation, testing, and optimisation
- Ongoing maintenance and operational support
The exact features, integrations, timelines, and deliverables will normally be described in the applicable proposal, quotation, or written project scope.
Contents of the Proposal or Statement of Work
The applicable proposal, quotation, or Statement of Work will, where applicable, specify the following:
- Project deliverables
- Included and excluded features
- Estimated start and completion dates
- Project milestones
- Client responsibilities and dependencies
- Acceptance criteria
- Number of included revision cycles
- One-time project fee and payment schedule
- Estimated ongoing third-party operating costs
- Testing and deployment requirements
- Deployment and Optimisation Period and any additional support arrangements
- Handover items
Project dates are estimates unless expressly identified as fixed dates in writing.
Additional workflows, features, integrations, or changes outside the agreed scope may require separate planning, pricing, and delivery time. Any service, feature, integration, revision, or deliverable not reasonably included in the approved project scope may be treated as additional work and may require a revised quotation.
Third-Party Infrastructure
Certain features may rely on external AI providers, APIs, communication platforms, telephony networks, hosting services, databases, and other third-party infrastructure.
While Wayvolve takes reasonable steps to build reliable systems, availability, latency, pricing, functionality, or performance may occasionally vary because of provider-side updates, outages, usage limits, network conditions, or policy changes.
Details on third-party account ownership, access, and optional managed-maintenance arrangements are set out in Section 3 (Accounts, Data and Recordings).
Accounts, Data and Recordings
Where practical, third-party accounts will be created using the Client's own email address and business details, ensuring that the Client retains full ownership and control over billing, subscriptions, and data.
This approach allows the Client to remain the primary account owner and maintain direct control over:
- Billing
- Data
- Users
- Subscriptions
- Access permissions
- Provider settings
In certain situations, the Client may need to create the account directly. Wayvolve may provide reasonable guidance during that process.
Wayvolve may request temporary collaborator, developer, administrator, or support access where required to build, test, or maintain the system.
The Client should use secure access-sharing options where available and may remove Wayvolve's access when it is no longer required.
Call recordings, transcripts, conversation records, and operational data may be processed or stored by the Client's selected third-party platforms.
The Client will generally be able to access this information through its own account.
Wayvolve does not normally act as the primary storage provider for such records.
The Client will generally control:
- Recording settings
- Retention periods
- User permissions
- Data deletion
- Data exports
- Account billing
- Provider security settings
Wayvolve may temporarily view or process relevant data where reasonably required for:
- Implementation
- Testing
- Troubleshooting
- Optimisation
- Security
- Support
If the Client would prefer Wayvolve to manage and maintain these third-party accounts on an ongoing basis (rather than the Client managing them independently), this can be arranged as part of a monthly maintenance plan for an additional fee, subject to separate written approval, advance usage payments, and any applicable migration conditions. This maintenance fee covers Wayvolve's management and support services only and excludes all third-party usage-based and pay-as-you-go charges, which remain the Client's responsibility.
Data Protection & Privacy
Wayvolve processes certain Client and end-user data (such as call recordings, transcripts, and contact details) while delivering the Services, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA") and other applicable data protection laws.
The Client will generally act as the Data Fiduciary, while Wayvolve will act as a Data Processor and process data based on the Client's instructions. The Client confirms that it has provided all required notices and obtained all necessary permissions or consents from its customers and end users.
The Client authorises Wayvolve to use third-party AI, telephony, automation, and hosting providers. Data may be processed or stored outside India where permitted by applicable law.
Wayvolve will retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary and will take reasonable steps to return or delete it following termination or a valid written request, except where retention is legally required or the data is stored in accounts controlled by the Client.
Wayvolve will implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures. It will not be responsible for any breach, data loss, or unauthorised access caused by the Client's acts or omissions, including weak passwords, shared credentials, improper access controls, or misuse of third-party accounts.
Each party remains responsible for complying with the laws applicable to its own activities. The Client is responsible for its contact lists, campaign purposes, notices, consents, scripts, and compliance with applicable TRAI requirements.
For information about how Wayvolve handles personal information collected through its website and business enquiries, see our Privacy Policy.
AI Behaviour
AI systems are designed to improve communication, efficiency, and response handling. However, AI-generated responses and automated actions may occasionally contain misunderstandings, inaccuracies, unexpected wording, delays, or hallucinations, including fabricated or false information, due to the probabilistic nature of AI models, user behaviour, connected systems, third-party services, and the information supplied to the AI. Wayvolve does not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be complete, accurate, or error-free, and any liability arising from such outputs will be subject to Section 15 (Limitation of Liability) and applicable law.
Wayvolve may refine the system through testing and optimisation, but the Client should maintain appropriate human supervision for important, sensitive, regulated, or high-risk decisions.
Testing & Optimisation Phase
Before live deployment, systems may undergo testing and refinement to improve workflows, integrations, conversational quality, and operational performance.
Testing may include sample calls, messages, workflow simulations, integration checks, and real or sample interaction scenarios. The Client may be asked to provide business information, basic scripts, account access, sample data, feedback, and approvals.
Testing and optimisation carried out before deployment within the agreed project scope will be included in the one-time fee stated in the approved quotation. No separate testing fee will normally apply unless the Client requests additional features, major changes, or work outside the agreed scope.
Post-deployment optimisation will be available during the 30-day Deployment and Optimisation Period described in Section 11 and will be subject to the scope, exclusions, and conditions stated there. Major changes, new features, additional integrations, or work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation and additional payment.
The system will be deployed after the Client has reviewed and approved it.
Pricing & Usage Charges
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable proposal or quotation, project payments will generally be structured as:
- 50% before work begins
- 50% before final deployment or handover
The approved quotation will include the agreed one-time fee for planning, development, configuration, integrations, testing, optimisation, and deployment within the agreed project scope.
Reasonable pre-deployment testing and related third-party usage costs will be included in the quoted one-time fee. Additional features, substantial changes, extended testing, or work outside the approved scope may require a revised quotation and additional payment.
After deployment, the Client will generally be responsible for paying the ongoing costs required to operate the system. These may include:
- Third-party platform subscriptions
- API usage
- Voice-call minutes
- Messaging charges
- Hosting or storage
- Usage credits
- Other external service costs
Third-party charges may change depending on usage, service plans, provider pricing, or policies. Wayvolve will not be responsible for interruptions caused by unpaid charges, insufficient credits, billing failures, account restrictions, or usage limits on the Client's accounts.
Any additional features, integrations, workflows, enhancements, or changes outside the approved scope may require a revised quotation and additional payment.
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or invoice, all prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Any legally required tax deduction or withholding must be supported by the relevant certificate or documentation.
Refund Considerations
Project fees may be allocated toward planning, development, configuration, integrations, testing, optimisation, and deployment.
Refund eligibility may therefore depend on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed.
Where work has not yet commenced, Wayvolve may consider a refund after deducting applicable payment-processing charges and any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Once work commences, the initial deposit will be applied towards work performed, production capacity reserved specifically for the project, resources allocated, and non-recoverable commitments, and will generally be non-refundable to the extent reasonably attributable to those items. If the Client terminates the project before completion, Wayvolve will provide a reasonable calculation of the fees and costs accrued up to the termination date, with all amounts already paid credited against the amount due. Any remaining balance will then be invoiced or refunded, as applicable.
Where a refund may be available under this Section, the Client must submit the request to Wayvolve in writing, and Wayvolve will provide a written summary of any applicable deductions before finalising the amount.
After deployment, third-party subscriptions, usage charges, call minutes, API costs, credits, and other external expenses will remain subject to the relevant provider's payment and refund policies.
If Wayvolve is unable to complete the agreed work for reasons within its reasonable control, both parties may discuss an appropriate solution, which could include revised delivery, replacement work, service credit, or a refund of any unearned portion.
Payment Due Dates and Late Payments
Unless a different due date is stated in the applicable proposal, quotation, or invoice, invoices are due upon receipt. Wayvolve may, after providing written notice, suspend ongoing development, pause active services provided by Wayvolve, or withhold deployment or handover while any undisputed amount remains overdue. Amounts remaining unpaid for more than seven days after the applicable due date may accrue interest at 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower, calculated from the due date until payment is received in full.
Revisions and Change Requests
The number of revision cycles included in the project will be stated in the applicable proposal, quotation, or Statement of Work.
Included revisions must relate to the originally approved project scope.
A revision does not normally include:
- A new agent or workflow
- A new integration
- A major redesign
- A change to the original project objective
- Replacement of a previously approved approach
- Substantial additional functionality
Requests outside the approved scope may be treated as change requests and may require additional fees, revised timelines, and written approval before work begins.
Review and Acceptance
When a deliverable or project milestone is ready, Wayvolve may request the Client to review it against the approved project scope and acceptance criteria.
Unless another period is stated in the project document, the Client should report any material issue within seven business days of receiving the review request.
The Client should clearly explain how the delivered work materially differs from the approved scope. Wayvolve will make reasonable efforts to correct valid issues that fall within the agreed scope.
A deliverable may be treated as accepted where the Client:
- Provides written approval
- Approves live deployment
- Begins using the system in live operations
- Does not report a material issue within the review period
Minor issues that do not prevent the main system from operating may be corrected during the applicable Deployment and Optimisation Period or any separately agreed support period and will not normally justify rejection of the entire project.
Deployment and Handover
Final deployment or handover will normally take place after all required project payments have been received.
The exact handover items will be stated in the applicable proposal, quotation, or Statement of Work and may include:
- Access to Client-owned third-party accounts
- Workflow or dashboard access
- Project-specific documentation
- Configuration details
- Relevant data exports
- Basic usage instructions
Handover does not automatically include Wayvolve's reusable templates, internal development tools, general frameworks, libraries, proprietary methods, or materials unrelated to the Client's project.
Following deployment, Wayvolve will sign out of and remove its access to the Client's third-party accounts, unless continued access is expressly authorised for ongoing maintenance or support.
Operational Support
Following final deployment, Wayvolve will provide a single 30-day Deployment and Optimisation Period beginning on the confirmed deployment date. During this period, Wayvolve will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct material defects within the agreed scope, address configuration issues connected to the original implementation, assist with agreed integrations, and make reasonable prompt adjustments and minor workflow optimisations relating to the originally approved scope.
Assistance relating to third-party APIs or platforms is limited to diagnosis and reasonable configuration changes within the agreed scope. It does not include provider-side outages, discontinued features, substantial provider changes, or work requiring major redevelopment.
After the 30-day Deployment and Optimisation Period expires, further support, fixes, optimisation, or updates will require a monthly maintenance plan or a separate written quotation.
Services provided during the Deployment and Optimisation Period will normally be available during Wayvolve's communicated business hours.
During the Deployment and Optimisation Period, Wayvolve may provide reasonable assistance outside regular business hours where a genuinely critical issue materially affects the core operation of the deployed system. This additional assistance will be provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis and may depend on:
- Staff availability
- The nature of the issue
- Third-party provider availability
- Access to the affected system
- The urgency and impact of the issue
The Deployment and Optimisation Period may cover:
- Material defects within the agreed scope
- Configuration issues connected to the original implementation
- Guidance on using the delivered system
- Assistance with agreed integrations
- Minor refinements to the original workflow within the agreed scope
The Deployment and Optimisation Period may not normally include:
- New features
- New automations
- New integrations
- Major workflow changes
- Changes requested after approval
- Problems caused by Client modifications
- Incorrect or expired credentials
- Unpaid third-party services
- Provider-side outages
- Changes introduced by an external platform
- Unsupported uses of the system
After the 30-day Deployment and Optimisation Period, the Client may choose to continue receiving assistance through a monthly maintenance plan. See Section 20 (Maintenance and Cancellation) for what this may include and how it may be cancelled.

Business Outcomes
Wayvolve's Services are intended to support communication, efficiency, automation, digital operations, website performance, customer service, decision-making, and business strategy.
Actual outcomes may vary depending on factors such as market conditions, lead quality, customer interest, product or service quality, pricing, Client follow-up, sales performance, business reputation, offer quality, data accuracy, campaign strategy, scripts, third-party service availability, and the Client's internal processes.
Wayvolve may provide examples, projections, demonstrations, estimates, or potential use cases to explain how a system could perform. These examples should be understood as illustrations rather than guaranteed outcomes.
Specific results relating to revenue, sales, appointments, conversions, qualified leads, cost savings, response rates, or business growth may vary between Clients and projects. Wayvolve will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed implementation professionally, but commercial results will also depend on factors outside Wayvolve's direct control.
The Client remains responsible for its sales decisions, business strategy, customer relationships, and commercial use of the delivered system.
Confidentiality
Both Wayvolve and the Client agree to handle confidential information with reasonable care.
Confidential information may include:
- Customer and lead information
- Business plans
- Workflows
- Pricing
- Credentials
- Technical details
- Internal processes
- Integration information
- Commercial strategies
- Proprietary documents
- Non-public project information
Confidential information should generally be used only for the agreed project, support arrangement, or related business relationship.
The confidentiality obligations may not apply to information that:
- Was already lawfully known
- Becomes publicly available without a breach
- Is independently developed
- Is lawfully obtained from another source
- Must be disclosed under applicable law or a valid authority request
Where legally permitted, the receiving party may provide reasonable notice before making a required disclosure.
Wayvolve may access limited Client information where reasonably necessary for implementation, testing, troubleshooting, optimisation, security, or support.
Limitation of Liability
Wayvolve takes reasonable care when designing and implementing its Services.
However, AI systems, telecom networks, external APIs, cloud infrastructure, and other third-party services may occasionally produce interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, or unexpected results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wayvolve's responsibility is limited in relation to indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profit, anticipated savings, business opportunity, data, or reputational impact, and temporary service unavailability.
Wayvolve's responsibility is also limited where an issue arises from causes outside its direct control, including third-party service, telecom, or API failures; provider-side changes; Client misuse or incorrect information supplied by the Client; unlawful campaigns or missing permissions/consent; unauthorised account access caused by Client-side security; Client modifications made without Wayvolve's involvement; or business decisions based solely on AI-generated outputs.
Where liability may not legally be excluded, Wayvolve's total aggregate liability relating to the affected Service will generally be limited to the amount actually paid to Wayvolve for the particular project or active service period giving rise to the claim.
This section does not seek to restrict any liability or statutory right that may not lawfully be restricted, including matters involving fraud or deliberate misconduct.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Client will retain ownership of:
- Its business information
- Its lead and customer data
- Its branding
- Its content
- Its third-party accounts
- Materials supplied to Wayvolve
After all applicable project payments have been completed, the Client will own the project-specific deliverables expressly identified as Client-owned in the applicable proposal, quotation, or Statement of Work.
Wayvolve retains ownership of:
- Tools developed before the project
- Reusable workflow components
- General frameworks
- Templates
- Libraries
- Internal systems
- Generic prompts
- Development methods
- Processes and technical knowledge
- Materials that were not created exclusively for the Client
Wayvolve retains ownership of all pre-existing and reusable templates, frameworks, prompts, libraries, workflows, tools, methods, and components incorporated into the delivered system. Subject to full payment, Wayvolve grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to use those embedded Wayvolve components solely as part of the delivered system for the Client’s internal business operations.
The Client may not resell, sublicense, white-label, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit the delivered system or any reusable Wayvolve component for third parties without a separate written licensing agreement from Wayvolve. This restriction does not prevent the Client from using the delivered system in its ordinary business operations to serve or communicate with its customers.
Third-party software and technology will continue to be governed by the relevant third-party licences and terms.
Acceptable Use
The Services must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and third-party policies.
The Client may not use the Services for activities involving:
- Fraud or scams
- Harassment or intimidation
- Unlawful impersonation
- Unlawful unsolicited communication
- Illegal surveillance
- Deceptive data collection
- Phishing or credential theft
- Malware or hacking
- Discriminatory or unlawful decision-making
- Illegal products or services
- Illegal gambling
- Deceptive financial or lending practices
- Adult sexual services
- Political manipulation or coordinated disinformation
- Circumvention of provider restrictions
- Any other activity that may violate applicable law
Wayvolve may decline, pause, or discontinue a project where there are reasonable concerns involving legality, safety, security, ethics, third-party policies, or a real risk of public complaints, regulatory scrutiny, or third-party platform restrictions arising from the Client's use of the Services.
Where appropriate, Wayvolve may first discuss the concern with the Client and provide an opportunity to adjust the proposed use.
Project Delays and Change Requests
The Client's timely cooperation may be required for successful project delivery.
This may include providing:
- Account access
- Business information
- Basic scripts
- Content
- Feedback
- Approvals
- Payments
- Technical details
If required information or feedback remains unavailable for 15 business days, Wayvolve may pause or archive the project.
Before restarting an inactive project, Wayvolve may need to review:
- Team availability
- Technical changes
- Updated third-party requirements
- Revised timelines
- Additional work required
Restarting a project may therefore involve updated pricing, revised delivery dates, or a reasonable reactivation fee.
Wayvolve may not be able to take responsibility for delays caused by missing access, late approvals, incomplete information, unpaid invoices, or third-party service issues.
Requests outside the agreed project scope may be treated as change requests and may require separate pricing and approval.
Suspension and Termination
Wayvolve may temporarily pause work, deployment, access, or support where:
- An invoice remains overdue
- These Terms have been materially breached
- The system appears to be used unlawfully
- A campaign creates regulatory or safety concerns
- Third-party infrastructure is being misused
- Continued operation may create a security risk
- A provider requires the service to be suspended
- Necessary cooperation or access remains unavailable
Where the circumstances allow, Wayvolve may inform the Client and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Immediate action may occasionally be required where there is a serious legal, security, financial, or safety concern, or where the Client's conduct creates a serious risk of public complaints, regulatory action, or third-party platform restrictions.
The Client may terminate an active one-time project for convenience by providing written notice to Wayvolve. Wayvolve will stop further work within a commercially reasonable period, and the Client will remain responsible for the items listed below. Any amount paid will be handled in accordance with the Refund Considerations in Section 7. After all outstanding amounts have been paid, Wayvolve will provide completed project-specific materials that are reasonably capable of handover.
If a project ends after work has started, the Client may remain responsible for:
- Work already completed
- Resources already allocated
- Committed third-party charges
- Consumed usage
- Other non-recoverable project costs
Final deployment, transfer, or handover may be delayed until outstanding amounts have been resolved.
Maintenance and Cancellation
After the 30-day Deployment and Optimisation Period, the Client may choose to continue receiving assistance through a monthly maintenance plan.
The exact maintenance services will depend on the selected plan or written agreement.
Depending on the selected plan, monthly maintenance may include:
- Troubleshooting
- Minor updates
- Workflow monitoring
- Small configuration changes
- Performance reviews
- General operational assistance
- Managed administration of third-party accounts
Major additions, redesigns, new agents, new integrations, or expanded functionality may require a separate quotation.
Monthly maintenance may be cancelled by providing at least 30 days' written notice.
The cancellation will normally take effect after the applicable notice period.
Fees already due for the current billing period, completed maintenance work, and consumed third-party usage may generally remain payable.
Ending Wayvolve maintenance may not automatically cancel third-party subscriptions or external provider accounts.
The Client should separately review and manage those subscriptions.
At the end of maintenance, Wayvolve may remove its access from Client-controlled accounts.
Indemnification
Each party will remain responsible for claims or losses caused by its own unlawful conduct, deliberate wrongdoing, or material breach of these Terms.
The Client may be responsible for third-party claims arising from:
- Unlawfully collected contact data
- Missing permissions or consent
- Client-provided content or scripts
- Illegal or misleading campaigns
- Intellectual-property issues in Client materials
- Misuse of the delivered system
- Breach of third-party provider terms
- Instructions supplied by the Client
Any indemnification obligation should apply only to the extent that the relevant claim or loss was caused by the responsible party.
The party seeking protection should provide reasonable notice of the claim and reasonable cooperation in handling it.
Force Majeure
Neither party may be held responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control.
These events might include:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- War or civil disturbance
- Widespread internet outages
- Telecom disruptions
- Labour disputes
- Cyberattacks
- Cloud-provider failures
- Utility failures
- Public-health emergencies
- Major infrastructure incidents
The affected party should make commercially reasonable efforts to reduce the impact and resume performance when practical.
Delivery dates may be extended where reasonably necessary because of such an event.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
If a disagreement arises, both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith written discussions.
If the matter remains unresolved for 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Act permits parties to agree on their arbitration process and, failing agreement on the number of arbitrators, provides for a sole arbitrator.
The arbitration shall:
- Be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties; if the parties cannot agree on the appointment, the arbitrator will be appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Be conducted in English
- Have Hyderabad, Telangana, as its legal seat and venue
The courts in Hyderabad, Telangana may have jurisdiction over matters requiring court intervention, interim relief, or enforcement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any statutory or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Non-Solicitation
During the term of the applicable engagement and for twelve (12) months following its termination, the Client shall not knowingly and directly solicit for employment or engagement any Wayvolve employee, developer, or independent contractor who was materially involved in providing the Services to the Client.
This restriction does not apply to general recruitment advertising that is not specifically directed at Wayvolve personnel or to any person who independently approaches the Client without direct solicitation by the Client.
Marketing and Publicity
Subject to Section 14 (Confidentiality), Wayvolve may use a general, anonymised, and non-confidential description of the Services for portfolio, case-study, marketing, and business-development purposes. This may include displaying or discussing the Services on the Wayvolve website, social-media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, sales proposals, pitch decks, presentations, promotional materials, and discussions with prospective clients, provided that the Client is not identified without prior written approval.
Wayvolve may use the Client's name, company logo, testimonials or performance information only with the Client's prior written approval.
Wayvolve will not disclose, publish, share, or discuss any confidential information, personal data, customer information, account credentials, internal business information, proprietary processes, sensitive project details, or any other information identified by the Client as confidential.
Changes to These Terms
Wayvolve may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:
- Services
- Business practices
- Third-party requirements
- Technology
- Security requirements
- Applicable law
The updated Terms will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Material changes will generally apply going forward.
Where an immediate update is reasonably required for legal, security, regulatory, or third-party compliance reasons, the change may take effect sooner.
Any project-specific written agreement will continue to apply to that project unless both parties agree to amend it.
General Terms
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A delay in enforcing a provision may not necessarily mean that the right to enforce it has been waived.
The Client may not transfer its project or agreement to another party without Wayvolve's written approval.
Wayvolve may use suitable employees, contractors, or specialists when delivering the Services.
These Terms, together with the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, and written project scope, represent the agreement concerning the Services. Electronic approvals, email confirmations, accepted quotations, online payments, and approvals provided through agreed project communication channels may be relied upon as evidence of the parties' agreement.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between Wayvolve and the Client.
The Client may not represent that Wayvolve has approved, guaranteed, or endorsed the Client's business, products, campaigns, or legal compliance unless Wayvolve has expressly agreed to this in writing.
Headings are included for convenience and will not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Any formal notice required or permitted under these Terms (including notices of breach, termination, or change requests) should be given in writing by email to the primary contact or project email address used for the engagement, and will generally be treated as received on the date of sending, or the next business day if sent outside business hours. A party should promptly inform the other of any change to its designated contact details.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting Services, approving a proposal, making a payment, beginning onboarding, providing access, approving deployment, or continuing to use a delivered system, the Client confirms that they:
- Have read these Terms
- Understand the general conditions of the Services
- Agree to comply with these Terms
- Have the authority to accept them
- Are authorised to act for any organisation they represent
